      - Be sure to remember the password that you create for this registration - it is Case Sensitive
 
7. When you fill in your phone number - enter all the numbers together - (no brackets, no spaces and no dashes)
 
8. A social security number is required for tax-reporting purposes.  The registration cannot be processed without this information. 
    This is a secure web site and your personal information will be kept strictly confidential.
 
9. If you are registering in your business name - enter it in the box on the form - if not, leave this box blank.

10. Leave the boxes next to Additional Information and Coupon or Discount Number blank.
 
11. You must check the box next to: I have read, agree and accept the LocalAdLink Representative bylaws, policies and procedures
 
12. When all the required information is provided (a red star indicates required information) - click on: Submit Application
 
If you made any errors - they will be flagged in red and you'll have to make the necessary corrections.  - If there are no errors - you will see a confirmation page.  Make a copy of this information for your records.
